They have built a really nice looking airport, that doesn't anything to do with the service of the airlines Delta is going through a shortage of employees, I'm handicap and I was almost late getting on board due to short staffed,no one to wheel me aboard the plane and had to struggle to get to my sit just fell down carrying my backpack and just as hard getting out of the plane. I found out why on the News when I got home that explains why I had difficulties on and off the plane and the delay as well. I had the pleasure of working with Ross Miles, a booking attendant at Sacramento International Airport for American Airlines. Today I experienced a flight delay—my original 8 AM Air Canada flight was delayed, and then I was switched to American Airlines, which also experienced delays. Ross was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to assist my daughters and me, rebooking us on an international flight—not our original route—but made sure we had seats together. What could have been a stressful and frustrating experience was handled with remarkable professionalism and care. Ross’s customer service was exceptional, and she made the process extremely smooth and easy. I travel frequently, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a booking attendant. Ross is friendly, patient, and genuinely committed to helping passengers in every way possible. Her attentiveness, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation completely manageable. If you ever have the pleasure of encountering Ross at the airport, I highly recommend taking a moment to say hello and appreciate her work—she is truly an asset to American Airlines and sets the standard for excellent customer service.

I understand that our flight was cancelled yesterday because of weather in a layover state but it cost us having our court date for our family pushed out 2 more months I'm devastated. This would have been my husband and my very first flight so our kid's and I are grateful for looking out for our safety just very disappointed first flight experience and result as our place of destination didn't have hardly any alternatives to get to this very important court hearing that just cost us 2 more very long months.
