They are very rude in gourd shock and specially there is a black guy that has very bad attitude with the all drivers . And regarding the facility this Amazon facility is the worst facility of Amazon that I have been. Thy are not on time as well

Some people are really nice and helping but some if them are just so rude..!

Staff is rude as hell they yell at all drivers need training and show them right attitude this kids act like a big dog company need to watch this closely

This is an Amazon facility and probably the most organized I’ve ever been to. The yard workers are always professional and on top of things. I always feel like these people really care about safety and proficiency! Get you in to your dock door and then notify you when they are done loading. I wish all yards ran this smoothly! Great job, all of you!

The staff here are very rude and unprofessional toward drivers. When I tried to explain my situation, they just yelled at me to move and didn’t even listen. One guard said they would call me, but they didn’t take any of my information so how would they even know who to call? I also mentioned that I had my next pickup scheduled, and the response I got was, “I don’t care.” It’s clear they don’t understand or respect the work that truck drivers do. Very disappointing experience.
