Worst airline ever with the rudest and most lying employees ever. In the Las Vegas airport, the ticketing agent was super rude and unwilling to help. She had a major attitude in her voice and demeanor when I asked her questions. Then I board the plane, and I asked the flight crew to notify me if there are any leg room seats available. They immediately told me the flight is full even though 65% of the seats were empty. When I saw this and asked for a leg room seat (I'm 6'4"), they flat out said no. I would rather pay the extra money and fly on a real airline. 1st and last time I fly a budget airline.

Worst airline ever. Just kept delaying and delaying and delaying until we finally just cancelled our flight and our 30th anniversary plans and stayed home. Don't ever fly this airline!

Just don’t have anyone die in your family at the time you are planning on flying out because they will give you a max of 90 dollars to a later ticket regardless of how many tickets you bought. Pretty horrible policy if you ask me. I paid $500 for no return product or services. In another world I would call that theft. Use breeze instead. Same prices and better policies.

Mary and Joel were exceptionally amazing to us and helped us find solutions to some issues we were having. Continue the reassure us, and also dive in to talking to the third-party that we booked our flight with. They did all of this with such a positive attitude. Mary had so much patience with us.

Terrible airline, delay after delay after delay with terrible communication from the staff at the gate. Lying about when stuff was gonna get here. Like I’d prefer the honesty like your flight won’t be here for 4 hours instead of oh it will be here any minute now. Just beating around the bush. And terrible vouchers as well for having a completely missed flight. $200 for 6 people to get a hotel is ridiculous. If I could leave a zero star review I would.
