If zero stars was a thing!! We were boarded on flight 1976 from Nashville to Pittsburgh and ready to go but were then told we had to deplane due to “maintenance” issues. What we weren’t told was that it wasn’t the plane we were on with the issues, but the plane at the gate next to us that was going to Grand Rapids, MI. The passengers from that plane were put on the aircraft we were just booted from! The estimated delay for our flight was 5+ hours, just shy of the six hours necessary to kick in travel insurance. Maintenance problems happen but I have never gotten booted from a plane so another flight could use the plane. This was our first and the last trip using Allegiant.

flown quite a few times through Allegiant and it has never been late in last 3 years thag I have been travelljng with them. I have travelled to close to 10 round trips and so gar it has been a great experience in exception to one where I came an hour before flight departure and thry denked entry due to check in bag as it was really busy before the fall break week. they do recommend to checkin 2 hiurs beofre the departure time. Bating that no issues considering the amount they charge for the flights.

So I love the prices.... and the planes are new-ish. Unfortunately, this last travel round with them was very disappointing. They have a low base price, but then charge you extra for any seat on the plane and any carry on you have. With taxes upon taxes, at the end of it all, a great fare of $49 one way, quickly turns into a minimum of 3x that amount. Then when you add all the other cutting of corners... like no drinks or even the basic pretzel snack. The unmanned counters (this last visit I arrived two hours early to avoid the stressful run to the gate, only t find every single plane counter manned except Allegiant. By the time they got to the counter, a line formed out of the airport!!! Then when I did get to the gate, the plane was late, too!). I use to love allegiant but I’m getting more and more annoyed by them.

First time using Allegiant Airlines. Flew out of BNA. Good experience from the check in and gate staff. Super friendly and they really helped me out with my family. Super grateful!

Only if I can give -100 stars. The All service gives no service at all. And the flight crew are soooooo rude. Just horrible
