I can't say enough about how kind jennifer and her services were. We had a pretty major hiccup with me and my best friend meeting up in Miami and our flights. It had nothing to do with her services, but she worked so hard to ensure that we both got to our destination safely and soundly. And even making sure we got home safe after all of that nonsense. I really appreciate someone who is willing and able to go the extra mile to make sure their clients are happy satisfied and supported 😊
