I have used Aldine Travel twice now, and each experience has been fantastic! Joanne is very helpful, thorough, and made the experience flawless on our most recent cruise. Will definitely use this company again and again!

I'm a first-time traveler and have had absolutely no experience with traveling outside the country. I did a Google search for travel agencies because I thought it would be beneficial to seek some guidance on the matter and this was the first one that came up. I was greeted with one of the most condescending conversations I've ever been a part of and after less than five minutes I was left feeling like a complete idiot. I certainly hope whichever agency I call next is more pleasant to deal with.

I’ve been using Aldine Travel for close to 20 years now, and it’s the only travel agency I use. I think I found them in Condé Nast traveler magazine, as being one of the best luxury travel agencies in the world, and they live up to those expectations. They are the best.

Just called to see if they can book a international fight and she pretty much said no because I have never been there and she needed to verify documents of what who knows, first off if your company would give a customer a chance to come in and bring everything you need to book a fight that would be great instead of going around in a circle with me. The lady that answered was mad because she was just about to walk out the door and the phone rang. But their website says they are opened to 6pm but she stated 5:30pm like it's my fault. I call them they were so rude and wanted $300 up front just find a cruise for my family,i see if I decided to take that offer.
