the staff there was always courteous to me and very helpful. All the medical team gave me good care. I would not be able to remember the names of all, however there were some that stood out; Andrea, Pam, Melissa and especially Meg on the 3rd floor and Ben on the 4th floor ortho ward. The food was outstanding even though I didn't have very much of an appetite.

Wow, so grateful of the Alaska Regional hospital and staff. We are Michigan and went into the emergency room for treatment. The staff responded quickly and were so professional. They were knowledgeable, skillful and kind. Our nurse “Jess” in the ICU was absolutely amazing. She was kind, attentive and patient. The nurses in the fourth floor were fantastic. The entire staff calmed our fears and kept us in the loop as to what treatment was necessary and what was optional. Even though we were out of staters, they made us feel like we were more than welcome and right at home.

The ER staff were all amazing. Everyone was kind, professional, caring and attentive. Dani, my husband's ER nurse was super sweet and gave him care that was above and beyond. Thank you!

A team that actually listens. They gave me a pain regiment that worked. They were so kind and empathetic. I could not ask for a better recommendation for an orthopedic surgeon than the doctor they recommended Eric Page. I wish I had went to this hospital to begin with. A caring attitude goes a long way! I had a very positive experience. The intake nurses, doctors and technicians were all professional, and caring. There was an older guy who made everyone feel "at ease" with his humor and stories that distracted from the trauma and pain; made the hours go by less painfully. I was in awe of how they handled every unknown minute that came and went as I got an IV drip for a bacterial infection. They were calm amongst the chaos, and I appreciated their professionalism mixed wit kindness.
