Traveling with a large group is high school students and the agent at the check in counter was amazing. Friendly, accommodating, went above and beyond to make usre we were all taken care of. We ran into a missing ticket and another agent took care of us. The gate agent when boarding used everyone's names as she greeted us. Awesome staff!

Alaskan airlines went above and beyond for us. Our flight was delayed due to mechanical issues. We new we were going to miss our connecting fight. The very nice lady at the Alaskan airlines counter rebooked our flight, put us up in a hotel and gave us food vouchers. And rebooked our flight for a good flight time and not a red eye. Will definitely fly Alaskan airlines again.

worst flying experience of my life on this airline. Stranded me both ways at airport hotels with no justifiable explanation for delay. Absolutely abominable customer service. Understand there are some factors within your control and some not but you could at least provide staff to accommodate when you strand >20 travelers at an airport in the middle of the night. It is unfortunate that AK is one of the only flight carriers that services our area but if possible I will avoid traveling with them at all costs.

I want to share my experience with Alaska Airlines in Spokane regarding seat changes on a Saver fare. We were scheduled to fly in 3 hours and noticed that there were empty seats on an earlier flight, just 2 hours before ours. However, we were told we could not move without paying $180 for two passengers. This seems completely unreasonable — the seats were available, we were already at the airport, and yet passengers were not allowed to take them. The way this was handled was unpleasant and disrespectful. This situation ruined my day and has left me truly frustrated. I honestly do not want to fly with Alaska Airlines again. While I understand there are restrictions with Saver fares, this experience felt unnecessary and could have been handled much better. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future passengers.

We've had excellent service, in person, on line and on the phone, for 15 years...but since their merger with Hawaiian Air this summer, on line has gotten more complicated; and when I called yesterday, for assistance ordering a meal, when the app malfunctioned, the female rep firmly but politely told me to try the app, try the website, try using my laptop or tablet--not with me!--and bid me good day! That has NEVERhappened before! Beloved Alaska Air, so are hoping that was a fluke.
