Horrible customer service. Front desk lady doesn't pay attention, stood at the counter for over a minute while she was on her cell phone before even being acknowledged. Took almost an hour to send some cargo with Alaska. Three other people were also waiting as long.

My whole transaction took so darn long OVER AN HOUR. JETHRO at front desk needs to hussle a little bit, others were waiting up front as well. Never will I go again. Alaska Air Cargo please make some improvement. Terrible that everyone had to wait so so long 👎

Had a horrible experience today shipping my SIL dog back to him. They made me by a new crate because it was too small, even thou she flew to me in the same crate by Alaska Air Cargo last year…… then told me I was too late for her flight…booked on a later flight. Only to find out when I was halfway home that her air tag pinged over Nevada…she was sent in the original flight and no one had the curtesy to let us know. We had to rearrange everyone’s plans for pick up. She has another flight tomorrow to her home. Truly disappointed that I entrusted my family member and they didn’t even care….

Had a very hard time shipping my clients cats. First time the lady popped her head over the counter and said sorry carriers too small, I will recommend place to buy bigger ones. But I will need to reschedule their flight. 2nd time I can in I got a much nicer lady. One of the cats had an accident and they can't fly soiled so she let me clean up and put in different blanket. I was charged way more than I was quoted many times but everything I didn't even want to argue. Honestly I was afraid they would let them fly. I have received many animals through Alaska Cargo and no issues. Meh

They didn't want to ship my dog even though it met all of the requirements.... found out later all of the airlines are scared to ship dogs and so just make up an excuse not to ship dogs. Pretty messed up. Not to mention it is a little rinky-drink place that represents like 80 airlines and 0 customer service.... basically you have to go to LA to ship anything.
