The Google address of 340-3 Airis Drive isn't correct. I called Alaska Airlines cargo for an animal shipment to confirm the address and the rep was helpful and very courteous. The address is 339 Brewster Road in Newark, the building is Alliance Ground International, Alaska Airlines Cargo has an office there, Unit 3.

A very organized place compared to many air cargos. You better to know a few things about this place. When you get there, you must CHECK IN using a computer. It asks for four pieces of information: Tracking number (which can be either Airway Bill or Unit Load Device or Pickup Number), Truck number (Which is N/A for personal/private cases), Driver name (your name) and your phone number. The system has a minor bug when using the mouse, so better to use the TAB key to move to the next field (or hit a button). When you are done, your name goes to a waiting list displayed in another monitor until the front desk calls you to sign the paperwork. Allocate at least 20 to 30 minutes to get your task done. BTW, the service could be improved if the waiting time was less, and if the staff was more helpful/friendly.
