The building was easy enough to get to but the door isnt marked for where you can enter. Beyond that the gentleman was helpful enough for taking my live pet cargo shipment that had been arranged with airline. Price difference was extreme. Airline showed $400 and actual was $595 for shipping from MN to CA with 1 stop. Pet made it safely though so overall I'm happy.

Though shipped priority did not arrive on the flight quoted or even on that day! Ended up having to rent a truck to pick it up. Extra $250! The best laid plans....

I scheduled a shipment of frozen fish for a Tuesday, setup to be delivered the next day after 3pm. It showed up the following Monday. No phone call no excuses, even though I called many times. It finally came in on another carrier. It really doesn't matter, alaska air cargo has you buy the XXXX coming out of Alaska.
