The office could be better but I had no problems. The 2 guys that helped me load my Harley went above and beyond and did great. Good experience overall

Recently went to have a live animal shipped. The old office on Aviation had a little paper and the address. You put that in the GPS and guaranteed it will send you back and forth turning left right left right left right. It was beyond frustrating. They were located inside Lufthansa and here is the thing. They had no signage whatsoever. They had a little arrow tiny directional sign but it didn’t continue with other signs. I arrived early to the old place but of course I was completely turned around and was not two hours. I said I had a live animal and had and hour and a half, they proceeded to take two other to take care of two other customers both which were told there stuff hadn’t arrived to LAX yet. Then told me I was too late after having me fill out paperwork. Look at their little make shift office inside the shipping and receiving area. The little pieces of papers with arrows were put up on the following day. They had to have known that they were moving days in advance weeks or months. They said they were there three days. This is an airline that’s been around decades. And this shoddy makeshift operation needs some oversight by someone who takes pride in the company. It’s been a month, they still have no signage of Alaska Air Cargo😵‍💫

Staff at the front counter was efficient and knowledgeable but lacked 'people skills'. The guys in the warehouse (on the forklifts) appeared to be very busy, though exactly what they were doing wasn't clear...other than avoiding me, until I couldn't be a avoided anymore... ** I asked to use the restroom, which I could actually see (and hear), but was told there are no restrooms. 🤔

Patty had us waiting after she saw us sign in for a while. It wasn’t until the lady from the other counter told us we can use the kiosk to sign in that we were able to get help.

They changed location every often. The last time I was there on 2/10. They shard with Swissport cargo Service. I was shipping produces Priority, and it got stuck in lax for 2 days and they put my stuff in the freezer, all stuff got freezer burned.
