This year, we were blessed to perform Hajj, and after careful consideration, we chose Al-Khalid for our journey. From start to finish, their services exceeded our expectations. Yusuf Kherada Bhai, the owner, was incredibly hands-on, ensuring everything ran smoothly during the Hajj and even providing support afterward. While Al-Khalid's packages may come at a premium, the quality of service is truly outstanding. Having previously performed Umrah with another tour operator, we can confidently say that Al-Khalid stands out in terms of organization, food (including unlimited beverages), and overall experience. We did encounter a few challenges during the Hajj days, but these were due to factors beyond Al-Khalid's control and in no way reflected their organizational skills. In Arafat, we had a prime location with a clear view of Jable Rehmat. The tents provided were among the best we saw, offering comfort and convenience that were unmatched. Al-Khalid's logistics were seamless, from flights and local transfers to our visit to the Noble Rawda in Medina. Their local team, including the staff in the restaurant allocated to our tour, was consistently helpful and attentive.
