Went to this shop with an Amazon return that I had processed incorrectly. The staff was courteous, patient and helped me to process the Amazon return correctly. I use this store frequently and they are always very friendly. The gentlemen who claimed he was purchasing an envelope is misrepresenting what happened. I was there and the young lady was training another young lady how to do something. The gentlemen was extremely rude and inpatient despite having been told he would be served in just a minute. The energy you give is the energy you get. Simple as that.

I can’t say enough good things about the ladies at A & J Pak-Ship. They are always friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming every time I drop off my daily FedEx packages.
