I was easily able to track my shipment on AIT’s website during the days leading up to delivery. On the actual delivery day, I received a polite call early in the day notifying me that my package would be delivered between 10am-2pm. At 12:30pm their truck pulled up to my house. The driver was so nice and went beyond what was expected in terms of delivery. Overall I really couldn’t be more satisfied with my delivery experience through AIT!

Bought Gorilla basketball hoop through Dick’s and this company has been absolutely the worst!!! It has taken over a month to get it installed. First few times they rescheduled after my husband waited all day for them and then they installed the anchor wrong and now waiting for it to be corrected! There is no escalation process, not sure why big companies are tying their name/reputation with them.

Missed two days of work waiting for this company to show up with our patio furniture. The day they did, my “time slot” was from 11am-3pm. They didn’t show up until almost 7pm. Got the run around from every agent I spoke to when I called for updates. Left a huge scratch on our deck during assembly. Shocked that Costco uses such an awful company for their deliveries.

I bought a TV through Sams Club and was first told that it wouldn't be here until Dec. 26. I was overjoyed when I got an update saying that it would be here Dec. 12 between 8am-12pm. I took the day off from work to be here when the package arrived. By the time it was after 12pm on Dec. 12 I contacted AIT's customer service to ask when this package would be delivered. Of course they told me that it had not yet arrived to a facility over an hour from my house. After it arrived to that facility it was supposed to arrive to the facility near where I live, then they would be "contacting me to set up a time for them to deliver the package". Thanks for making me waste my entire day waiting for you. I would have much rather had a date range of days and more specific notice when available, instead of being given a very specific day with a very specific time range of when this package would arrive and then being told that that was all a lie. If you are forced into using AIT for shipping ignore every scheduling email they give you, cause it is incorrect and don't expect good replies from customer service when you're trying to figure out when your package will actually arrive.

An absolute joke I bought a massage chair through value city on the 10th of June was suppose to be delivered the 20th of June. Needless to say it is the 9th of July they keep telling me they can’t get a dispatch out my way to deliver. Now they claim it will be here the 14th but we will see.
