The employees are doing an amazing job. They have awesome customer service. Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that the corporate side of this company is awful, anti-union, anti-education and anti-free speech. They don't seem to care about their employees which in essence rubs off on not caring for the customer. I think a boycott might be in order.

Traded my new tank for a trashed tank with an in working knob. I wasn’t able to use it , they wanted 40$ to exhange tank. I had already spent 70$. Makes me so mad. Don’t recommend at all.

there's something weird going on here. dunno what it is. don't care. simply put, i couldn't get the help i wanted - a simple tank full of argon. it seems a special thing here. take the same request to Magnegas and the guys there are super cool, open, transparent and will talk to you about the weather, boxing, whatever - treat you like a human. i handed them money.. they handed me a tank of argon. life is simple when there's nothing else going on but what needs to go on. if you can read between the lines here, you know what i'm saying. go elsewhere to be human.

Nice place but weird vibe. No questions about it the one of the employees must have let out a little sneaky stinker. That one guy looked really suspect. The sweat bead on the forehead was a giveaway dude.
