We did a chartered flight to California & had less than a commercial experience. None of the names on the flight were scanning so more than half our flight couldn't get through security. Forced to stand for hours before they got it resolved. When we contacted air planning, they said it was our fault for not submitting names correctly. While that wasn't true and JetBlue confirmed it, we felt we did not have their support as our advocate and broker. Unfortunately, we left 2 hrs. late and missed our event. Way home went smooth, but the way there was a really irate experience and for that reason I can't recommend.
