It is a terrible experience. Hoping my pet will not die. I shipped my pet through air north cargo from Whitehorse to Vancouver. The employees from Whitehorse call center told me that better to shipping on Friday. Then I booking the flight for my pet on Friday. But when I go pick up in Vancouver. They told me that flight was late and they are going to close in 30min. It’s not work, pet will die if not stay in the warm area where with temperatures 26 degree to 31 degree. The pet is alive animal, it should be pay attention. The company need to fix this problem.
