I arrived during a heavy tropical storm 15 minutes past the official cut off for cargo deliveries but they managed to get me through the system in time so I didn't waste an entire day rushing there in rush hour traffic 😁. I love these guys and gals they saved the day. You guys ROCK! Thanks 🙏

They were so helpful! I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with them this morning. My father was recently hospitalized and discharged to a nursing home. We weren't able to take his dog, so we had to ship the dog to my sister on the west coast. We arrived at 5:15am only to find out we had purchased the wrong type kennel. The staff here helped us acquire a new kennel last minute, built it and cleaned it for us and took care of everything for us. It was such a blessing. We went there in crisis mode trying to take care of my elderly father and his dog, and their kindness made this hard time so much nicer. These folks are awesome! A shout out to Lindsay and Stan, who were especially helpful!

They try their best but Delta and Southwest they're not. These guy's are outsourced by United and American to do their freight shipping and receiving bookings. Some of the employees are just miserable. I almost feel bad for them sometimes. Until recently they had an employee that was taking between 45 minutes and an hour to process a ship out that should take 5-10 minutes. They finally got rid of her but not until after countless wasted hours over the course of a year.
