I have been using Air Care Go for my trade show needs for 4 years now. Their customer service from start to finish is exceptional. They are always available to me and my questions are quickly addressed. We have never had an issue with the timing or quality of our shipments. I was so impressed, we have now started to use Air Care Go for some of our larger daily shipments as well. Because of their competitive pricing and our high opinion of the service, customers with the option of using a "major carrier" or Air Care Go, they have chosen Air Care Go each time. Thanks guys!!

An entire pallet went missing and no one wanted to put any effort into finding it. I lost thousands of dollars worth of items for a sales meeting. Three pallets left my dock and 1 pallet plus 20+ individual boxes arrived at my destination. They broke one of my pallets out into boxes without telling me. I had to talk to the driver myself, initiate all follow up communication and was gaslighted. The hotel was blamed immediately for losing the pallet without any research into the issue. The hotel went as far to look at their security footage to prove it was never delivered. An entire pallet is still missing and on top of it I was invoiced for everything without follow up communication.

These guys are the greatest. The whole team is wonderful. They have done miracles to get last minute freight out the door and delivered.
