Doesn't let you use their restroom when dropping off or picking up cargo when they have a very long wait. Discourteous.

Worst place to pick up DHL and PACIFIC, Long wait to pick up and drop, Arrived at 11:30am til 5 pm, you won’t be processed until you get a door and even after a door it’s going to be another hour and half to get your stuff.. ALSO long waiting and no restroom available for drivers..

Always empty , so for truckers it’s a go !

Worker can't help out the drivers cause distributing food is her first priority when she arrives. Hours of Operations should be from 8:15 am to 10 pm, not 8 am

Awful customer service. I was on hold for 26 minutes and they hung up on me so I called back, on hold another 27 minutes and they hung up again. No email addresses anywhere on any website to be found. How does anyone get cargo released without any communication with the CFS???
