Booked a flight Seattle to Paris through Alaska Airlines using my accrual of miles on Aer Lingus, their advertised partner, 60 days in advance. Paid assorted additional fees nearing $300 to AK Airlines. Worst experience ever in 55 years of flying through Alaska Airlines. Unable to pay for an upgrade, select a seat, request disability assistance, select a seat or even figure out what terminal Aer Lingus flew from using both the Aer Lingus website and app. Phone assistance (wait time about 1 hour) with both airlines resulted in being told to check with the other airline. Terrible customer service and tiny, uncomfortable plane seats. Long luggage delay late at night. Not worth the miles I spent. Even my Ryan Air flight was better. Give this airline a hard pass.

Waited over an hour in Dublin and again an hour in Seattle for our luggage. Wont fly them again.

Aer Lingus is so bad. Like so bad. Like use literally ANY OTHER airline, even if you have to pay more. They try to scam you at every single opportunity. We had to download another app and provide it with all our bio data in order to get our boarding pass, this is an obvious and transparent attempt to mine their customers for sellable data. When we tried to give them feedback, it took us through an overly complicated and obfuscated review process, and of course we gave up trying to give feedback, as I'm sure they intended. Aer Lingus does not deserve your money.

Wish we could give this 0 stars. Absolutely terrible airline. There was a delay which there was no update or notification given, the delay AND our missing/delayed baggage at our connecting airport, made us miss our connecting flight and we had to book brand new tickets out of pocket to make it to our final destination without 1 of our 2 checked bags. We saw them tag BOTH our checked bags in Seattle and put them on the conveyer belt, only to have ONE bag make it to Dublin. Absolutely terrible tracking system. In-flight experience also not good. Flight attendant forgot to bring me my meal during meal service and said it'd only be a "minute". 15 mins goes by, everyone else is already done eating and all of a sudden they start coffee/tea service. Had to tell the attendant they forgot my meal, they admitted they forgot it and brought me one that was cold and looked like it had already been opened/handled. Gross. Will never fly with them again. Or only carry-on. NEVER check a bag!!!

Run away from this airline. We were tempted by cheap price but they were disaster. We couldn’t check in online on the way to destination and their phone and app didn’t work. On the way come back they lost all the groups luggages. Their staffs are not properly trained or helpful. The flight attendants are rude. Dubin airport at the gate has not proper sitting area
