This AAA tow took awhile to arrive, understandably! Once on site, the employer/driver Jason assessed our situation (we had a flat). He exhausted all possibilities: checking to see if it could be reinflated, trying nearby shops for a new tire (none answered), then taking our vehicle to the requested destination. Professional, knowledgeable, pleasant person... Thank him for us. Please.

We’ve had AAA for years, it’s never been a service we needed often but it was, we thought, a good idea. It is a waste of money. If you call with an emergency, you won’t get through for assistance. You will end up paying for a tow, attempt to file for reimbursement (which will never happen). You will be transferred from one apathetic and useless operator to another, leave messages for months and still never get ANY help. Finally, you (and I) will cancel ur premium AAA membership because it just isn’t worth it. Yes, all this has happened. During a storm I was told it could take 8 to 12 hours for assistance, if your car slides off the road into a ditch (as happened to my kid) the member will pay 600+ for a tow…. Just don’t do it. Pay a little more for your car insurance and use the benefits with them

VERY DISAPPOINTED. We called in a lockout at 1:30am, 08.24.25. Apparently AAA no longer treat all calls as priority. We waited from 1:30 until 6am for a AAA agent to assist. "No trucks available" until AFTER 5am. This is unacceptable!! I contracted as. Towing company from 1985 to 2005. We would've NEVER been permitted this kind of delay!!! Why is it acceptable for a AAA branded operator to provide such crappy and delayed service?? The location was at 23 & 270 in Columbus.

I will recommend Maria Comas for helping me with my TripTiks to Philadelphia and Hershey’s Chocolate World, Hershey, PA. Maria did a wonderful job getting my TripTiks done quickly without any mistakes. Thanks again for your help.

Great service! It's also a great resource for anything traveling you can come in, sit down, talk with someone but you probably should make an appointment. You can also exchange dollars for anywhere and anywhere in the world It's a $12 fee. If you remember to exchange money usually takes about a day it might be hard to find but just follow the signs and where it says AAA members entrance. But you can go inside and look around and get various books on where you want to travel. Even cruise information if you're into doing cruises
