I bought an insurance policy during Covid. They switched my contact person several times. I paid for 2-3 yrs. I moved and received a letter kept calling to speak to someone and never got an actual person till 2-3 months later. They never called me. When I tried signing in online my policy number wouldn’t work. When I finally spoke to someone they told me I’d have to pay a certain amount upfront which was more than my missed payments which was 2-3.They cancelled me and told me that the money I paid was lost (you can’t get it back)I basically threw away money for 2-3 years for nothing! The customer service is horrible! They never know anything. They have a high turnover so whoever is handling your acct won’t be for a long duration. Be very careful if you buy life insurance from them!

Ventura AAA for the win every single time! Every time I walk in there, I immediately remember why I’m so stoked to be a longtime member! Over the couple years in particular, after my folks passed away, I went in because I needed to tend to transferring the titles of their cars over. It wasn’t something I was looking forward to by any means, but that day the universe was smiling down on me, as I got called to my window, and met Tosha. She was kind and sympathetic from the start; and she effortlessly guided me through the process. I did exactly what she said, and in a very efficient manner of time, it was all taken care of exactly how she told me it would play out! Ever since, whenever I go back and check in, I always tell them that I’ll wait for Tosha. Regardless of how long the wait may be! Then there’s Jennifer in the travel department. So my 13 year old daughter and I are heading to Europe in a week and a half. I was being unbelievably indecisive over the second leg of our adventure, and then I remembered: I’m a Triple A member. So I took my daughter, went in, met Jennifer; and told her what my problem was. In under an hour she had a full itinerary drafted for us. And it was literally perfect! I told her I didn’t want to see any other options. We both loved what she came up with and wanted to rock it! Thank you to these wonderful ladies, Tosha and Jennifer Ullrich, that always make my time at the Automobile Club of America absolutely seamless and smooth! Y’all have been there for my family time and time again; and we’re so grateful for you!

I needed roadside assistance my AAA battery had died, I still had a warranty on it. Daniel was the serviceperson that came out!! He tested my vehicle. He mentioned that the alternator may need to be replaced. I had it replaced and repaired, thank you Daniel for your Professionalism and Expertise! You represent AAA Superbly!
