Although the first guy that was sent this morning said he couldn’t put spare tire on for me…he did call tow truck driver. The much younger tow truck driver arrived, and said I’ll get that spare tire put on for you no problem! He said do you want to watch me do it so you have more tire changing knowledge? I said absolutely!! He just had the best attitude and swag!! Kyle you the man, brother!!! I appreciate you

I am so happy to be a member of the AAA family when I say family I mean that they treat you like family from the first time you signed up even when you request a roadside assistance when they pick up the phone the first thing they ask is are you OK making you feel comfortable with affordable yearly memberships

Upon entering the store I was greeted with hellos and smiles by all the ladies. Elizabeth with her delightful personality had me laughing and quickly provided us with needed travel books and maps. As a Master Gardener she even gave me a few quick tips when I mentioned a yard project. A great group of ladies provide wonderful info and help!

I purchased six memberships as Christmas gifts and was at the representative's desk for literally 1.5 hours to get it all done. That experience, plus a subsequent call to a very rude representative at AAA Corporate's 800 number makes me wonder WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO AAA? It pains me to see such inefficiency and bad experiences with AAA - and I have been a member since the 1980s. My six membership gifts' cards took several weeks to arrive by snail mail. Why so long? The offices are full of employees, but they don't seem to cross over on specialties... there is too often a long wait (or a 'Can you come back?') to be helped on a membership issue - while the travel specialist or insurance specialist are waiting at their desks for customers. Inefficiency. Frustrating. Corporate ... are you listening?

As always, Elizabeth did a excellent job with helping 'The Deans' on there upcoming trips. Elizabeth always does a good job and we really appreciate all that she does for us leaving us to only have a wonderful trip. Thank you Elizabeth for all that you do!
