My cousin and I were here yesterday and saw Christmas trees marked nearly $200 off — several had the same price tags. She just moved here from out of state, so naturally she was excited about it. When we asked the garden register associate, she immediately said the price was wrong because she wanted that tree herself so "she knew that wasn't right" and said she'd call a manager. After about 20 minutes of waiting in the garden center, a team lead (not a manager) came to help and was very kind. He confirmed with the store manager by text that they would honor the price they advertised on the tree and even helped load it. However, once we got to the register the cashier argued with him and refused to let my cousin take a boxed tree, saying the discount would only applied to the display model. When requesting the store manager's name, they refused to give it to her stating that "the store manager is the one who said if you want the discounted price you can take the display tree so we're not calling her up here". The team lead, kindly broke the display tree down for us and loaded the pieces into bags to make it a bit easier loading into the car. Even after agreeing to honor the price, they made it extremely difficult for her to take it home- likely hoping she wouldn't. Overall, it was a frustrating experience — poor leadership, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of integrity in honoring very clearly marked prices.

Kind to me when I come in and shop in the morning no matter how many stuff I have on my buggy you always nice. You were always happy to help me and be very kind to me. thank you so much. I went to purchase a new released movie, and the movie was not stocked. The first employee stated that the main employee was on break, and that she didn't have the key. She did not even try to help. I found another employee working in the electronics department, and she stated she would go to the back to look for me. She never came back after 30 minutes of waiting. I have an issue with the fact that the movies was not stocked, and it was 11:30am. The tag clearly stated coming Tuesday. This store has an issue with not providing good customer service.

We live in Greensboro and have a business in Lewisville, but prefer shopping at this location. The people here, specifically Judy, are like friends that you enjoy seeing.Judy is always pleasant, has a smile and kind words to share. You don’t get that at other Walmarts where there is no personal touch or friendliness.
