WHY IS EVERYONE COMPLAINING!? THE AIRLINE IS VERY GOOD! The food is SO good, they DIDN'T lose our luggage, THE A380 EVEN HAS A SHOWER IN FIRST CLASS!! Don't get me started with the staff. They are the NICEST PEOPLE I FOUND ON EARTH! STOP LYING INSTIGATORS! EVEN IN ECONOMY, IT'S THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!

Negative reviews are not being truthful and just looking to be instigators . EMIRATES IS ONE OF THE BEST AIRLINE OUT THERE. MY MOST RECENT FLIGHT TO DUBAI WAS ONE OF THE BEST IF NOT THE BEST FLIGHT EVER. TO BE HONEST COMPETITION HAS BEEN BECOMING MORE AND MORE FIERCE THEN EVER BEFORE. IN THE LAST 18 MONTHS I HAVE FLOWN .... THREE OF THE BIGGEST CARRIERS TO AFRICA ASIA, EUROPE, THE MIDDLE EAST AND THE PACIFIC. EMIRATES HAS ONE THING OVER THEM ALL, "THEIR PERSONNEL" IF IT WASN'T FOR SOME OF THE MOST PLEASANT STAFF , THE OTHER CARRIERS WOULD SIMPLY TAKE THEIR POSITION ON MY LIST OF PREFERRED .THIS LAST FLIGHT EK 202 -Suus Tinner Was the most attentive flight attendant/ cabin crew member ever. Not just for me but for everyone, and it was extremely noticeable. This last trip took me over 37,000 km journey with many airlines, including China Southern Airlines. Emirates was still the star of the show because of Suus Timmer and the rest of the Cabin Crew. Emirates keep up the amazing commodity that the others can't duplicate, your cabin crews.... (This was Emirates responding to my review.) "Dear Mr.B. Thank you for your correspondence regarding Emirates flight EK202 from New York to Dubai to Chennai on 28 April 2025." "Your comments about our cabin crew are much appreciated. We invest significant time and resources in training our crew so they can offer the highest level of service. Hearing that they were friendly and attentive reaffirms that our efforts are being reflected in the experiences of our passengers. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams. Positive feedback such as yours serves as a great motivation for Suus and reinforces our commitment to excellence. Thank you for choosing to fly with us, and we look forward to welcoming you on board again soon." Yours sincerely, Nora Emirates Customer Affairs. .....My response back to Emirates...... "Nora, you are so correct. Excellent training provides the foundation—the essential skills, knowledge, and techniques necessary to succeed. Emirates has done a stellar job in that category. As important as training is, I've come to realize that it’s a motivated and dedicated person who will often push beyond the limits of what training alone can provide. They’ll use their strengths to adapt, innovate, and bring something new to the table. Once again, Emirates has done a fantastic job in choosing the right personnel in that category as well. I am looking forward to my next flight with Emirates." Frederick B.

I'd like to commend Menu, the receptionist at the Emirates Business Class Lounge at JFK, for her extraordinary kindness. Menu gave me pen and paper so I could write my daughter a letter (her first year in college). She then provided an envelope and assured me she would stamp and mail it herself after work. This thoughtful gesture truly touched me.

The tale of two experiences when going it seems like what they advertise especially if you do the economy Plus which is way more expensive. our previous 3 journeys have been the same. I'm leaving from EWR the food and the service is fantastic on par with the advertise especially in the economy Plus. ALSO WHO DOESN'T HAVE CHICKEN NUGGETS AS A CHILD OPTION? THEY DO NOT WANT MEATBALL SLOP OVER RICE OR DRIED CHICKEN CHUNKS OVER COUSCOUS GET REAL ! on the return trips the food is horrible old dry and rock hard and is not even made by the Emirates catering services is made by the local Athens airport catering services which is subpar. The menu items do not even match the menus that they present to you ever so elegantly as if in first class, and this is the economy plus mind you. food this time coming back was the same from regular economy if not worse because it was not on the level of the regular Emirates that's always from EWR or JFK every return trip there is either broken screens broken chairs not the right food not good food bad service less service less crew. etc etc it wouldn't make so much of a difference but we did pay almost $1,000 more for economy plus which felt just like regular economy if not worse. disappointed do not feed into the BS hype of their advertising machine! The pictures going the food looks as well plated and nicely garnished as well as delixious. coming back the quality was less than economy .... All the upcharge just for glasses instead of plastic cups? Emirates get your stuff together!!!

I never imagined I would write something like this about Emirates, an airline I have trusted and flown with for so many of my journeys. But what happened today at Entebbe Airport on Flight EK730 (4th September 2025) has left me truly heartbroken as a loyal customer. The manager on duty treated passengers in the most unprofessional, rude, and dismissive way possible. It was not only me—many passengers were raising their voices out of sheer frustration at how we were being spoken to and ignored. For an airline that is known worldwide for hospitality and excellence, this was the exact opposite. I have always admired Emirates, especially the professionalism at Boston Logan Airport where the manager is welcoming, respectful, and understanding. That is the Emirates I know and love. What happened in Entebbe today does not reflect that image at all. As someone who has chosen Emirates for years, it pains me to even consider walking away. But if loyal customers like me are made to feel disrespected and unwanted, what does that say about the value placed on us? I sincerely hope Emirates will take this matter seriously and reach out, because today’s experience was not only disappointing—it was damaging to the trust I have always had in your airline.
