The leadership within Wake Forest Athletics has gone downhill. They’ll do anything to try to create additional revenue at the expense of current season ticket holders. Remember the University motto of “Pro Humanitate when implementing changes - it obviously doesn’t mean more anymore. Greed at its finest within this department.

Just got back from getting a few tix for Wake vs Elon opening game. I was excited to see that Trey was working. I met him when getting some tickets shortly after the death of a close friend 6 months ago. He was so kind with my emotional breakdown that day (my friend was a fan too) Today I had to wait about 20 minutes because Trey was helping someone on the phone who was having trouble with technology. Trey was so patient with them even though I KNOW because I HEARD everything he said. Then he remembered me from our earlier encounter. He always helps me get the best tickets I can within my budget. Wake is so blessed to have Trey representing Wake Forest🎩🎩🎩 Beverly Reid

I deal with a lot of ticket offices and this is hands down the best operation I've ever encountered. Customer service is top notch, knowledgeable and willing to go to great lengths to get answers. Fan of the team, and the box office!

By far the best ticket office I’ve ever used, coast to coast. They actually want you to be at the games and have a good experience. They have excellent workers like Traequan and Mark. I’ve had various issues but because of these guys, I’ve never missed a second

Wow - many months to coordinate and plan for the Guns N Roses event yet Wake & partners got much of it wrong. Show was great, what wasn't was: -Wake ticket Operations told us (I called 3x asking all relevant questions) that small totes and backpacks approx. 12" x 12" would get through security - they did not - many of us had arguments and were either turned away or forced to relinquish our packs. I relinquished mine even though it was scrunched to the size of a pocket-book (they said it had strings/straps (!!)). Some folks thus missed the 1st 30min of the 1st band due to this and were greatly inconvenienced by this poor coordination. -Many concession stands ran out of Beer and Food before 9:45pm! -Also, their website was never updated for Events as opposed to just Football games - and they apparently change many policies for Events like GNR.n Ie. parking at $20 vs $8. -the main entrance inside the stadium was way over-crowded - it took 20 minutes just to meander 50yds through the crowd to work our way to the endzone/lawn area. Will not go to another Wake event. Dismayed at lack of coordination, crowd and food/beer planning.
