    Horrible experience with Iberia. I bought a business class ticket to Madrid and back. They changed or cancelled the 3 flights I had. I was leaving on 10/19 and they changed my return to 10/18. When I called and said it didn’t work with my travel within Spain, they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t get me home until after 10/21. I had to cancel and reschedule on another airline at top price because we were only 1 month out. I am not sure given the many terrible reviews, how they are still in business!

    This airline is terrible. I highly recommend you use any other airline when possible. Our flight to our destination was not pleasant. They notified us just before the flight that on of the seats was broken. They stuck us in the back of the plane. We purchased the inflight food service with our tickets. Because they changed our seats, the seats they reassigned us to did not include food service so we could not get food even though we paid for it. The staff was very rude, probably the worst I have experienced and I fly often. The way back was worse. The inflight entertainment was broken. No internet on either flight, the way back and the return. They charged us $150 for one bag. They lost our luggage when we got to Boston. Luckily we got it back but it took two days. Very poorly run airline with unfriendly staff. There are much better airlines to fly with.

    I purchased our seats in advance, selecting spots at the front of the plane. However, we were informed that those seats were broken and had to be moved to the very back, with no other options since the flight was full. To make matters worse, although I had paid for meals, we were told that our new seats did not include food service. When I explained that we had been moved from our original seats, they asked to see the original tickets, tickets which had already been exchanged for the new seat assignments. The plane itself was dirty, and the staff were not friendly or accommodating. On our return flight, which was 9 hours long, we were told there would be no internet and that the in-seat TVs were not working either. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with poor customer service. I do not plan to fly with this airline again.

    Horrible flight experience with a seat that did not recline! The food was meh and staff was ok. The AC did not seem to be working. Flight was very hot and uncomfortable.

    IBERIA the WORST airline to fly with!!! I have lost my luggage for 6 days in which no one gives me information about. No one knows anything. And not just that. This airline stills your money. They have also canceled me the flight my dad booked due to not having his credit card with me when it has never happened before. They didn’t due anything regard that. Lost the flight. Stayed with the money and made me have to buy another ticket with a personal credit card. Being a student and having to fly back to my place. HORRIBLE airline.
