Terrible communication and customer service. Their app is horrible, not helpful at all. They said it was a 75 minute walk to my connecting flight. It was a tram ride to the next terminal and only took 10 minutes. The flight attendant on my international flight couldn't remember her name, let alone what I chose to drink from the cart. The landing was one of the worst I've experienced. Very rough and thought for a second we would tip right over. There were no customer service personnel to help check in bags. They asked that we check our carry on bags due to lack of space. It would be free, so when we tried to check our bags at the kiosk, it wanted to charge me for the 2nd bag. Very disorganized and unfriendly. I would not recommend United for a flight.

There is a very big problem!! Our boarding passes was printed with the wrong gate number!! And we almost missed our flight! No one looked for us! We are handicapped and must have a wheelchair! And we found an employee who was kind enough to take us to the correct gate! That was in the Atlanta airport! The same thing happened in the Dulles, Washington DC airport and we were not lucky there!! And in DC we had to take another flight because the the pilot said that we took to long to get across the airport and take 2 of the slowest busses ever, and we were in wheelchairs, there were no transportation carts, he said to bad it's departure time. Even though the plane door was open the pilot said no to us boarding. So the gate agent put us on the next flight, for 4 hours later!! It is heartless and cruel! We have health issues and my husband had heart surgery recently!! There is limited access to food and what there is,is expensive. And DC airport needs cleaning. And the seating for 4 hours there is very painful.

Great experience with United Airlines. The flight was smooth and everything felt very well organized. Clean cabin, comfortable seating, and friendly, professional staff. Everything was handled at a high level I felt taken care of from start to finish. Would gladly fly with United again.

Flying United Airlines out of Chicago O’Hare is always a smooth and efficient experience. United operates out of Terminal 1, which I believe is the largest terminal at O’Hare—and it definitely feels that way with its wide range of restaurants, coffee shops, and amenities. Plenty of places to grab a bite or coffee before your flight. If you travel United often, I highly recommend having the United Club membership—whether it’s included with your credit card or your MileagePlus status. It makes a huge difference! You can relax in comfort, enjoy complimentary food and drinks, get some work done, or just unwind before boarding. Another perk: with frequent flyer status or the right credit card, you’ll also enjoy free checked baggage and early boarding (usually Group 2 or better)—which definitely helps during busy travel seasons. Overall, United offers a great flying experience out of Chicago, especially when you take advantage of all the loyalty benefits.

I have always had a very great time flying with United airlines. My flight only got delayed twice, first because we were late too Dulles airport, and then we found a plane to go on, but the seats were all already taken, but that’s not the Pilots fault. The flight attendant on our first plane was very friendly and helpful, and there were no problems on the flight. I recommend this airline to fly with next time.

Flew out of Chicago Ohare airport to Seattle. The checkin at Terminal 1 was smooth. For this flight, United uses the Airbus 320 Neo planes which is relatively comfortable. The only downside is that they only serve drinks and peanuts/chips for the 4 hours flight to Seattle. Additional food needs to be purchased.
