A driver ran my van off the road with my wife and 4 kids inside. He purposely ran us off and a reckless endangerment report has been filed with highway patrol and they are currently looking for the driver.

Bus number 530 was called in for going 85 south on I-5 in Oregon. I called the number and told dispatch, i was told they would call the driver, he was weaving in and out of traffic and cutting people off. Dispatch told me they were calling the driver but his driving did not change. Please people be very careful using this service. They obviously don't care about your lives.

DO NOT USE!!!!!! NOT RELIABLE. WILL NOT SHOW!!!!!!!! We scheduled an airport pick up for 4am. The driver called us at exactly the time he was supposed to pick us up, telling us to cancel the ride. It is a ride to the airport. How could they have drivers assigned that are not dependable? We scheduled the ride for a reason. If they did not have a driver, we would have gone with a different company. This is not good at all. That driver needs to get a consequence. We are now left scrambling for a ride to the airport at the last minute.

I recently used Transtyle for a ride from the airport to my hotel for my family and I. We resvered two cars, a sedan and an SUV, and it was a total disappointment. First off, their prices are exorbitant, making you feel like you're paying for a luxury ride when, in reality, you're just paying for a basic service. Secondly, the drivers were incredibly unprofessional. They were supposed to do a meet and greet at the airport, and instead, I was called numerous times after just having deboarded the plane and asked, "WHERE ARE YOU?" Then, when we decided on a meeting point (baggage claim carousel), the drivers were nowhere to be found. When I called them, they had been waiting by the escalator (not holding any signs with my last name or indicating they were the Transtyle pickup service) and I was scolded by the drivers for them having to wait for 30 minutes for my family and I. MIKE AND JIBRIL ARE COMPLETELY LACKING BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. They seemed disinterested in assisting us, rushing us to the cars, and not being helpful. You're better off reserving a PREMIER SUV ON UBER. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Transtyle to anyone looking for a friendly and helpful transportation option. Especially for how much they charge.

Transtyle is awesome! We were stuck at the Glendale arena after an event with no ubers in sight. There must have been hundreds of people waiting for hours. Our hotel recommended we call Transtyle and they came through for us almost immediately at 2 am! Pamela, the dispatcher, was in touch with us the entire time while we waited for our driver. She was so sweet - concerned about our safety late at night. Our driver Akeem was professional and courteous. The next time I'm in the area, I will use Transtyle and only Transtyle. Five stars!
