I used the parking spot last week. I came back with my car passenger side with a deep gouge from whomever parked next to me. I waited 30 min to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor stated that the manager was out but would call me back same day. I never received the call. I was also told I would get video of the incident which has not happened. It’s now been almost a week with no call back or email. They even took photos of the damage. Other parking locations for the airport have insurance and cameras to protect consumers.

I will never use The Spot again. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and still haven’t been picked up and from the looks of it it’s going to take 3-4 busses before I can get on one. They are not answering the phone. Just a sour way to end a good trip. The bus driver that eventually picked us up was extremely rude and aggressive . I would have rather walked back to my car.

Parking shuttles run extremely slowly. Coming out of the gate I had to stand in the driveway where busses drive through. Unacceptable to put customers in physical danger where they could get clipped by a bus or other large vehicle. I'm sure the airport construction has partially responsible, but Parking Spot needs to do better so that their customers will be safe while we wait 30 minutes or more for a shuttle.

The driver on the way to the airport to take my flight, was thoughtful and intuitive to the needs of his passengers. He asked if we had everything we needed, including cell phone, chargers, cell phones, and computers, etc. The driver upon my return was prompt in picking me up from the airport And getting me back to my vehicle, so that I could continue my day and go to work. They are careful with the handling of your luggage and helping you get settled on the shuttle each time. I am thrilled that they provide a safe place for me to park.

The most important factor to me is low wait time for buses, not only at parking spot going to the airport, and just as importantly from the airport back to parking spot. This last trip had very low wait times in both directions. Also, the drivers going both ways were exceptional and helpful. I'm giving this rating a 9 rather than a 10 only because the air conditioner on the bus from the airport to parking spot was not working, and was uncomfortable. Other than that, it was perfect.
