Fab Gesture byChris not to take my Deposit Chris was understanding and patient with my request for flights on accepting the flight cost I could not commit until my partner the next day so he held the flights for me for a £50 deposit. Next day it transpired my partner could get the flights at a better price and timings which were purchased so I excepted I would lose my deposit. Tommy surprise Chris called a couple of days later and on informing him what happened he agreed not to take the £50 from my account. I was so pleased with this kind gesture thanx Chris appreciated

Phoned out of hours and got a message and call back byaround 10 am the following morning. My flight itinerary was arranged and confirmed within minutes by Arnold. On my return home I received a call from Arnold to check all details of my booking and I confirmed both verbally and in writing for Arnold to proceed as per itinerary. A payment request was forwarded immediately and duly completed and the tickets and full details received by 10am the following morning. Excellent service.
