Installer was ahead of schedule, communicated excellently and was very knowledgeable on the special nature of the trim on the car I had him doing the replacement windshield on, no clips were broken on a 20 year old MINI and that was pretty unbelievable. He had all the tools he needed to make the job happen and was a super knowledgeable and expereienced professional. I wish I could find this level of service in more industries I work with.

I got a lovely crack in my windshield from a dump truck "throwing rocks" in Charlotte on 77, that decided to spider leg across my driver's side window at eye level. I called my insurance and was 100% covered and they transferred me through to Safelite where I made an appointment for a tech to come between 8-1 at my house. They also suggested replacing the windshield wipers which I was happy to do. Cody, a Safelite tech, called me when he was on his way and told me his eta. Cody was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and answered my questions! He did an excellent job on my window. I highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass!

Just as advertised. A great service and hard to beat Had to replace the rear glass in a Dodge pickup. Price was better than I anticipated. The online app allowed me to enter almost all of the required info and get an accurate quote. The installer contacted me the day before to confirm. Made any required updates to make sure he had the exact right piece of glass. He was actually able to be on site earlier than anticipated, was friendly, knowledgeable. And he did the install mid hurricane (albeit in my garage). Accidents happen and that's unfortunate but I'm grateful for a company like SafeLite to take a lot of the stress away and get me back on the road! My installer was Braven, near Winston-Salem, NC. I highly recommend him!

The services was great perfect on time punctual clear and concise. My only problem with not giving a five point star is issues with making payments online. When they give you a payment option. I’ll definitely use them again

Our glass technician, Sarah, showed up on time and did an amazing job, she was professional and seemed happy to help, she had the job completed in less than an hour. We have used safelite a few times over the years for glass replacement and have had great experiences every time.
