John and 1st Air are my go to for international flights. - Amazing service - Absolutely the best prices every time, no gimmicks, no consolidator tickets - Knows the aircraft and the carriers - Cares about the customer When I started flying again post COVID my first call was to John, for two international flights and as always he was there and helped me get the best seats on the best airlines at the best prices.

Be careful on signing up for this company as they will simply continue to charge your credit card year after year even though you cancel your membership. I initially signed up as I thought they would be offering deals but they are no different than any other site so it was a waste of money so I cancelled my renewal...but they went ahead and charged my Amex regardless and I have been fighting for months to get the charged reversed. My response: You will notice that in his reply he doesn't mention that they do not answer their telephone when you call and they do not respond to the frequent cancellation messages left with them requesting a return call. Is there your definition of customer service? I am currently disputing the charge with American Express and will be referring Amex to their response below where they clearly try to state that this is simply not a real disgruntled customer or someone who cannot actually afford to fly business class, once again, simply highlighting their definition of customer service.

The Turkish Air Business Class flight to Istanbul and return to Houston was excellent. Food quality was some of the best airline food we ever had.
