Enjoyed a nice birthday lunch at your cafe. The Shrimp Louie has always been my favorite and glad to see it on the menu. Ana waited on us and we had a great time. Very attentive service!!! She was very delightful, thanks for the birthday crème brûlée and bringing out the chef to say hi. My husband and I are long standing friends and patrons of Azurea. Can’t wait to see what your new restaurant will look like!! We’ll be there!!

My 2nd time staying here. Lobby is adorable with a fountain in the middle with no water. They added a bar area which was a nice touch. Bathroom is very small and the floors had sand on it. Water ran lukewarm and there are very little outlets which are already taken up by their appliances. They need to invest in some additional outlets. The partial beach view is very deceiving but its partial. All of the furniture is outdated and their on-site restaurant was closed. Their front desk employees are not very friendly and dont even acknowledge your presence. The door men were all cheery and friendly, they made up for the rest of the staff. The outside chairs are old and janky but the guys setting them up were super sweet and helpful. If its wasnt for the fact that its on the beach, I would have given it a 2 star. I hope the construction i heard above my room will help make it a better value.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at One Ocean Resort and Spa, thanks in large part to the outstanding service from Shannon at the front desk. As walk-in guests, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Shannon handled our reservation with such a pleasant and professional manner that it set the perfect tone for our stay. She was incredibly efficient, answering all our questions with genuine enthusiasm and making sure every detail was taken care of seamlessly. What really stood out was how warming and welcoming she made us feel right from the start—her warm smile and attentive approach turned what could have been a stressful check-in into a delightful conversation that left us excited about our time at the resort. Shannon is truly a valuable asset to One Ocean; her dedication to exceptional guest service reflects so positively on the company and undoubtedly keeps people coming back. We also have to give a huge shoutout to Jake, our valet attendant, who was equally impressive. He was well-mannered, polite, and incredibly swift in handling our vehicle, making the arrival process smooth and hassle-free. It’s rare to encounter such a courteous and efficient team member who anticipates needs without being asked. These two individuals made a lasting impression on us and turned our spontaneous visit into a memorable one. Because of how welcome and valued they made us feel, we’re already looking forward to future stays at One Ocean Resort and Spa. Highly recommend!

Really excited about the new ownership purchase, the massive renovations & additions, as well as name change to Dune House. The Manager, Shannon, was wonderful & very accommodating... especially under the circumstances. The Valet, Bryce was so polite, kind, helpful, and professional. Honestly, all the staff were great including Housekeeping. Couldn't ask for better service! Can't wait to come back next Spring to see the new resort! Note: I only rated the room 3 star since it hasn't been renovated as of yet.

I had an incredible experience at One Ocean Resort & Spa, thanks to Brooklyn! She truly goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels taken care of. Brooklyn is professional, kind, and efficient, always quick to get things done while still treating everyone with genuine care. My stay would not have been the same without her. Brooklyn carries herself with the kind of leadership and dedication that every business should aspire to have in management. One Ocean Resort & Spa is lucky to have her, and I hope to see more staff like Brooklyn in the future. Highly recommend!
