Neat and clean terminal. Spacious with good amenities and restaurants.

Family was Flying out for a funeral. I had to stay back but was waiting to make sure plane was on time. As I was checking with an agent in the lobby she noticed that they were at the wrong gate and needed to go another section. She asked for a picture so she would know who took look for and went to help them as it was a very long, and confusing walk to the other gate. Turns out there was a big group of people that were also at the wrong gate and she walked all of them to the correct gate, going above and beyond. Wish I had gotten her name to say THANK YOU!!!

Horrible workers !!!!! some of the worst experiences ever in picking up friends at Houston airport. Both police and security people are extremely rude even though we follow all the rules, by staying at the cell phone lot until our friends are ready for pickup. These security lie on their security camera so that they can create a scene and blame it on you and saying it's all being recorded. I believe I am a very humble Christian person but I had to say prayers for these workers who threatened me, even though they were telling me to leave the pick up area even though my people were there with their suitcases in hand coming to my car to be picked up and we were gone in 2 minutes. Then later after all the rudeness he says you should have told me that your people were right here behind me. No apology just more blame on me for not telling him what was evident. I was there for 5 seconds when he first told me to leave the area, my people were waving at me as they were coming with their suitcases. The guard only escalated along with his female supervisor with her ticket pad in hand. We followed all the rules. We were there less than 2 minutes and such a commotion against gentle person. I was shaking from the assault against me. I placed the whole incident in God's hands, because he is the righteous judge.

Due to construction took much longer for the locating the parking for Terminal A, this even confused Google Maps? Everything's under construction including trying to find baggage claim?

Be so careful cause it sneaks up on you real fast! Sometimes the attendants working that area try to rush you off as the person you're picking up is coming out the door.
