If I could give zero starts, I would. On 12/16, Hopper offered us a lock on a flight to Amsterdam from Houston. To get the price lock, we had to pay 90 per person, and the price would be kept good for us for 14 days. We gladly paid. In less than 14 days, we decided to go ahead with our purchase and pay the balance. We were notified, "Sorry, the tickets are no longer available, but don't worry, we will give you a full refund." This is not acceptable. Upon our price lock, we made other reservations, including Air B and B, and we became emotionally committed to the trip. So upon learning that we would not be having the tickets from hopper, we decided to buy the tickets from NWA website. We paid 4254.60 for the tickets (4 people). We are seeking, as damage, the difference between what we would have paid, and what we ended up paying, because they did not live up to their end of the bargain. Basically, has the appearance of a scam. If you cancel they charge you. If you don't, they cancel, and don't charge you (give you a refund). SCAM. Asked them to Call me, can gladly discuss, and reverse my online reviews if they make it fair.

If I could give 0 stars I would. How are you going to hold refunds from people for three weeks? Your company needs to do a better job and looking at these hotels. We walk into the hotel and the floor is moving with roaches. Sorry i didn’t stay to get pictures as I was being attacked by bugs. First were told 25 mins for a refund then 24hrs now 3 weeks? Your customer service is trash. The hotel refunded money to the other party involved, why haven’t we got ours?

I could zero If there was an option. They hide behind the wall of reputed travel credit cards (including Capital One). Have terrible response times and provide negligible help. We were stuck in Dubai for three days (at the boarding gates) with no accommodation whatsoever. And as you'd expect got not help from Hopper. There was a blame game, Airline asked to talk to agents and they asked us to talk to airline and there was this constant parade.

These people are terrible. I reserved an Extended Stay America in West Palm Beach and I couldn’t stay there. I have pictures of dead roaches and hair on a dirty stove. The stench of mildew was horrible and I started to get asthma. The rugs were disgusting. I had to go into my car to call India to try and get a credit to reserve another hotel and they told me to call back after 6:00 am and it was already 11:00 pm in the evening! Horrible. I will be posting those pictures on line and with the BBB!

I still haven’t received my refund from April. On April 3rd, 2024, I booked a flight for my mother in law in Colombia. I paid $660.84. A month later I received notice that the airline had a schedule change and cancelled my flight. I asked to get a refund and I was told approx. 48 hrs to get paid. I called again weeks later and they said I needed to send a copy of my drivers license, so I sent it. Again they said 48 hrs for refund and nothing. Weeks later I called and they said I needed to fill out and sign a form and wait 48 hrs to get paid. I called weeks later and they said they are waiting on the airline to pay them. I have called numerous times and they say the same thing, they are waiting on the airline to pay. I aid Hopper, not the airline, so I would expect them to refund me the way that I paid them. I am tired of calling and hearing the same thing over and over. I don't think they want to refund my money.
