Scam Alert: I booked the flight from toronto to mumbai with the order id 195 627 770. This was not processed stating fraud prevention and when I called back stating that this a real booking and there is no hold from the bank on the payment. The real reason was discovered that they do not want to provide a price which they advertised making all sort of excuses that it is airline who is rejecting . I also requested if you are so concern about customer experience then re-process the above booking.They again had an excuse . Don't trust them !! ultimately money is important and not customer experience. Call was transferred multiple times to fraud and other department and after a long wait was disconnected .Nobody to talk to and escalate the issue.

I’ve used them twice now for booking my international flights. First of all, my agent got me the exact routing I requested. Both times the deals were unbeatable. Lastly, and this is why I decided to leave a feedback, although the airline slightly adjusted the flight schedule, the team made sure I am informed of the changes, which is fine as it didn't impact my overall trip.

I was looking for flight tickets, and their cost was the cheapest. Initially, I had doubts about moving forward, aware they are merely another agency I could be working with. However, considering the attractive price, I proceeded to purchase my tickets. To ensure everything is in order, I checked my reservation on the airline's site and indeed, I’m confirmed for my journey, just as I arranged.

Great helpful , low priced fares with excellent costumer support team. Needed to extend my flight twice and was possible 2 days before my flight. What a service.

DO NOT USE!! DO NOT USE!! DO NOT USE!! If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would. EXTREMELY disappointing, and disgusted with this Company and its Services. I booked a Trip to South Africa for my Birthday, added the insurance onto my ticket, which I rarely do but seeing how things have been going lately with cancelled flights, weather and the state of the travel world I said better safe than sorry. Due to unforeseen and unfortunate events on my Birthday, it was in my best interest to cancel. I lost two family members , including a sibling. I contacted the agency, which informed me I needed to contact the airline, which pushed me back to the agency and then provided me with their warranty department. There was an online claim that needed to be submitted, which I did and they asked for documentation to support the reason as to the cancellation, which included boxes for details. My claim was denied due to not having a death certificate. How do you produce a death certificate within a day of death???? It gave examples of documentation that you could provide, which would be an obituary, no funeral has taken place yet, so that wasn’t available and a news article, which was published and uploaded online and it was still denied!! On top of that the airline charged a cancellation fee which was more than half of the price of the ticket and also if I tried to rebook they wanted an additional $497 on top of the $953 that was originally paid for the flight. This was my first and last time using HOP2 services. Extremely dissatisfied, and disappointed. ULTIMATELY DISGUSTED.
