Nice place to duck away from the airport mania if you have access for free (via priority pass). I would not pay for this lounge as its offerings really only included fountain drinks, some chips and WiFi.

I don’t understand how this lounge is even categorized as a lounge. Basically go if you’re thirsty and need to charge your devices. Oh there was some snack mix.

Prepare to be greeted by the least welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered in Hawaii, especially the manager, Moi. Visited on 10/29/2025 as a Priority Pass member. The lounge was almost empty, with only one other couple present. Shortly after entering, my 2-year-old briefly cried after spilling water on himself. The manager came over and told us to leave, claiming there were “noise complaints.” During check-in, the front desk asked my family to wait outside “because my manager is here,” which set the tone for how unfriendly the experience would be. Inside, the offerings were minimal: two trays of pretzels and chips, a broken coffee machine, and a few sodas. I’d rather wait at the crowded gate than ever step foot in this lounge again.

Extremely disappointed with the operating hours at this lounge. We arrived with our Priority Pass membership expecting to use the facilities before our evening departure, only to discover they close at 3:30 PM. This makes absolutely no sense when many flights from Maui depart after 3 PM, including ours at 6:15 PM. The staff informed us that this is their standard schedule, but it essentially makes the lounge useless for a significant portion of travelers. Our Priority Pass membership, which we pay for specifically to access lounges during long travel days, was completely worthless at this airport. For an airport that serves as a major hub for evening departures to the mainland, closing the only Priority Pass lounge mid-afternoon is poor planning. Travelers are left with limited food options and nowhere comfortable to wait during what can be several-hour layovers. Hawaiian Airlines needs to reconsider these hours to actually serve their customers' needs rather than just their own convenience.

I understand the low score for this lounge as it had no food other than pretzels and taro chips (but no dip), but it was comfortable and not terribly crowded. Since we just had lunch so just a coffee was fine. It was perfectly fine to wait for an hour before our flight.
