Our driver, Tommy, truly went above and beyond to make the ride enjoyable. He was so friendly, kind, and attentive, making sure everyone felt comfortable the entire trip. Tommy’s promptness and positive energy set the tone for a stress-free ride, and he even went out of his way to help us with our bags and share a few local tips along the way. It honestly felt less like a shuttle service and more like being cared for by a trusted friend. We will definitely be booking with Golden Adventures again! I highly recommend Tommy and his ride services for all your transportation needs!!! He arrived on time, knew the area, even allowed our group to stop along the way to our destination in order to see a landmark in the area! He was personable, professional, kind and our group of ladies felt safe and well cared for during our ride to our destination!!! We had so much fun ☺️ and it was memorable! Thomas with Golden Adventures was fabulous. First of all it started with EXCELLENT communication. Thomas was very polite and courteous and easy to talk to while working out our schedule for planned transportation. Secondly, the SUV that was provided for our travel was spacious enough to accommodate 4 ppl and 6 pieces of luggage. The vehicle was super clean and comfortable. He was punctual with pickup from the airport to the hotel. On disembarkation we had a bit of delay but his staff waited ever so patiently and communicated with us with her location whereabouts as we got off of the ship. I can’t remember her name but she was a very friendly lady, she got my family to the airport in a timely manner. Overall our experience with Thomas and Golden Adventures was excellent and I would highly recommend his services for your next adventure. Thank you Thomas and staff.🤗

We used Golden Adventure Shuttle Service for our family vacation from August 29 to September 6, 2025, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was top-notch, and everyone we interacted with was courteous, professional, and helpful. We ran into some unexpected issues with our hotel, and GAS was incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout. Each driver took exceptional care of both us and our belongings, ensuring we arrived safely at every destination.
