Not a direct flight! They sold me a direct flight from Miami to Brasilia but then at the airport say they have a “quick stop” in Punta Cana “as standard to refuel” and I “don’t have to get off the airplane”. This explains why they take an hour more than the other direct flights from Miami. Never again

Super rude customer service, the indian guy (very strong accent and I couldn’t understand anything he was saying in English) on the phone couldn’t even explain how I could bring my pet in cabin with me and hung up on my face. Horrible!

Sem ninguém para atender ou começar a fazer os check-ins / despacho de bagagem. Não há nenhum profissional presente para dar qualquer tipo de instrução. Por favor fujam dessa companhia, qualidade pior que aquela oferecida no brasil.

Longe se ser uma das minhas preferidas, mas atende bem. E agora os trechos americanos são quase todos feitos pela Delta Airlines... O serviço da Delta é semelhante o da Gol, eu particularmente não gosto. E sempre tenho problemas quando vôo com a Gol, mas dependendo do valor eu as vezes arrisco.

This is very disgusting what you do for people!!! My sister was doing her check in a night before her flight and said the flight was full (overbooked) and she show up in a domestic flight 1h before at a probability 2000 square meter airport and you said her name was deleted from the system? Because you overbooking you left my sister behind! And you just changed our book from 11h flight to 25h flight and it is ok?? You guys are terrible and you do not care about people!! And more… she could just buy a ticket to come and use her own ticket to go back?? This is really funny, right? You guys deserve bankruptcy!!!
