Frontier is a decent airline because of the price. What’s a big drawback is they charge you for everything else! Charge to check a bag. Charge if it’s overweight additional. Charge for snacks and drinks on the plane. Seats are ok, but somewhat tight. Also don’t recline. If you don’t self check-in, you get charged to use an agent for checking in. If you can travel with just a carryon, the price will be worth it.

I’ll make this short: After my flight being cancelled in Raleigh to Atlanta, I caught a flight to Philly instead, waited in the Frontier Customer Service line for over an hour. They did NOT provide a hotel voucher as previously told by the other location. Tempers with agents and customers was unpleasant so the manager abruptly left and knocked over a customer while doing so. She returned an hour later to inform ALL her agents to STOP helping customers. I paid for my own hotel. When I returned in the AM to catch my flight to Atlanta, the customer service line was horrendous so I went straight to the gate. I asked the agent to check in my bag, she got nasty and stated, “You know that you were supposed to check your bag in downstairs!” I’m an ACTIVE military member that has just returned from an EXTENSIVE 2wk training for deployment and this chic just made that type of statement to me! FRONTIER, do better! She’s on the left and the rude manager is on the right of the pic!

Canceled the flight 45 minutes before we were set to board. No rebooking options! Had to scramble to book a new flight, then had to wait 30 minutes to get our bags back, thankfully the second flight was delayed so we didn't miss that one. To leave passengers stranded with no options but "we'll here's your money back" is ridiculous. And then to wait 30 minutes to get bags after taking 15 minutes to get to baggage claim... the bags weren't even on a plane to be taken off!!!! Absolutely insane, will never fly again

I don’t usually write reviews, but my in-person customer service experience with Frontier was so unpleasant that I feel compelled to. The entire front desk staff could benefit from basic customer service training—things as simple as greeting passengers politely and treating them with respect. When I approached the counter, the staff just stared at me. No greeting, no acknowledgement—just an attitude that seemed routine. When someone finally did speak, it was with a nasty tone. I asked to speak with a manager, hoping for better, but she was no improvement. All I needed was a simple note confirming that I did not have a carry-on bag, as I had been instructed over the phone the previous day. Instead, I was met with resistance and more attitude. Here’s the situation: a Frontier supervisor on the phone specifically told me that if I arrived at the airport without a carry-on, the staff there could confirm it and I would be eligible for a refund. I followed those instructions and did not bring a carry-on bag. But at the counter, that information was completely dismissed. Instead of honoring what I had been told, I was offered only a voucher that expires in 90 days. Had I known they would refuse to honor the refund, I would have simply brought my bag. Between the misinformation, the lack of professionalism, and the consistently rude customer service, I will never fly Frontier again. I would rather pay more with another airline than deal with this kind of treatment. I would not recommend Frontier to anyone. It is clear that customer service is not a priority here. Frankly, I’m disgusted. The phone staff was at least pleasant, but they did not uphold what I was specially told by a supervisor.

The check-in process was pretty fast. Bathrooms When I arrived at LAX I followed a baggage claim sign and ended up in terminal 3. Be careful following the baggage claim sign. I had to get out of the airport and walk along the sidewalk back to terminal 1. Very deceiving signs. I walked about 30-plus minutes to get to the correct baggage claim area. I guess I was not the only one since there were other luggage on the belt when I arrived. Very disappointed with this wasted hour. The service in the airline was ok I felt the stewardesses were a little rude and rough. When boarding and waiting in line, they announce to get out of the line and have the people who need assistance go through first. The line was already long. They should have announced it earlier or had a sign or two lanes. Etc...
