I think they need to really work on their staff. Several flights now on board staff has been rude. Unhelpful and ignores. People complains to people. I even had video of two of the girls spending almost the entire flight, putting on make up not assisting anyone. Generally, the people taking your bags are nice, but not my last visit. He too was only one person very arrogant. You’re not supposed to touch any of the machines until he is over by you and was no concern about the Line how long he was taking or anything else chitchatting with The person in front of him. Travel is stressful. It shouldn’t be added to buy the people not doing their job.. the website is great navigation is fantastic. They have plenty of specials, including the go wild pass. Which I love..

I want to take a moment to recognize Marciana John, a Frontier Airlines gate agent at the Denver Airport, for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I approached the counter, Marciana was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. She went out of her way to make sure everything with my flight went smoothly, answering questions with patience and kindness. Her positive attitude and calm demeanor made a stressful travel day so much easier. It’s rare to come across someone who truly takes pride in helping passengers, but Marciana definitely does. Frontier Airlines is lucky to have her on their team—thank you, Marciana, for turning a routine travel experience into a great one!

Frontier's app NEVER ONCE works on my phone. Every time I select for a checked bag, I get to the airport and find it didn't take. Also, I never get the seat I selected. There's always like three people showing they have the same seat. Frontier's app has failed me something like five flights in a row. And this time...Frontier has done away with their kiosks to print your boarding pass at the airport! So now you have to stand in line with all the people checking luggage, even if you have none. So I missed my flight and had to pay to catch another. I was fuming so hard, I got down and did pushups while the attendant pored interminably at the screen, and the lines piled up. At TSA, I was selected for patdown, the most meticulous one I have ever received. But on the bright side, the TSA agent was a great conversationalist and finally calmed me down with a "bedside manner" that would be the envy of any doctor.

Two flights with frontier today, and neither flight had ice. Heard these guys talking and said they didn’t want to walk that far for ice. The customer service for frontier is really lacking. I think we’re gonna go back to united or delta for flights after this. We learned our lesson after this. Even stowing on board in the belly of the plane is better then Frontier

I travel through this airline on my trip from Boise to NYC and I didn't know they don't have a jet bridge in the Denver airport. It looks cool but I wonder how it is during bad weather 🤔💬

I completely disappointed in the service provided. I waited 30 minutes for the supervisor to come when she was right around the corner doing nothing when I spoke to her. I booked round trip and did not receive and update that I “cancelled my trip” back. I am not stuck in Denver because they can do nothing about this. I received no confirmation of the cancellation nor any evidence of my cancelling. I also paid for my seat which is extremely disappointing on top of horrible customer service from this lady who should not be a supervisor. I did not cancel my flight and they have no right to sit there and do nothing when we are waiting for them to come help and assist.

Came here few times so far and usually frontier is known for delayed flights but my flight to Austin was 20 mins earlier than the scheduled time!! Maybe customers were on top plus their service was quicker?! But it was good for me! :) Keep up the good and fast service! Cheers
