I had reservations book for the timeline of 8-21-8/26 at Jacksonville airport. I have the blessings of having Mrs. Shelia to assist me. She was very professional, showed excellent courtesy and patience. I wasn’t sure of everything I needed to do upon checking out my rental car. She graciously assist from start to finish. Made the process smoothly. Her smile was welcoming and gave me the feeling of a caring person and comforting . Mrs. Shelia is definitely an great asset to the enterprise company, staff and location at Jacksonville Airport. On my next flight , I pray that Mrs. Shelia is working . The whole team was awesome and provide great customer service.

An absolutely beautiful SUV fully loaded 2025 no issues no problems just perfect. I would love to own a vehicle this nice. Enterprise was prepared for any issues that we may have encountered and we absolutely encountered none from the time we rented the car the time that we drove the car and even when we brought the car back friendly service, everything was just perfect.

Rented a GMC sierra from Alamo at Jacksonville airport on June 20, 2025 and the vehicle was infested with my roaches. I discovered them crawling inside the car and found some in my luggage after my 40 minute drive to my hotel. This was a serious health hazard that caused me to discard personal items, launder clothes multiple times and sanitize even my home when I returned after finding one in my dryer. Despite speaking with seven different employees at Enterprise who manages Alamo at this location- I have received no meaningful resolution. I was promised a five day rental voucher as compensation, but after weeks of waiting, they told me my request has now been denied even though I did not request this, this was their compensation that was offered to me after they told me they could not refund my rental vehicle since I booked through a third-party site. The customer service was dismissive and one supervisor even hung up on me mid call their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend renting from Alamo/Enterprise due to their lack of accountability and poor customer service. Not one person from enterprise has reached out to me to even apologize for my experience. I’ve had to call every week since the incident and now after I wrote an email that I have no choice but to escalate they gave me “points” that equate to a $60 voucher. What a joke.

I have an insurance claim from an accident from where someone hit me and the rental car that I was issued from Enterprise had some issues day two where the check engine light came on and a message on the speedometer area saying "engine power reduced". I was on the interstate and the car decided it only wanted to go 30 mph. When I got off the exit I tried calling my local office and was on the prerecorded hold dialogue for over 30 minutes and then hung up and tried calling back and kept just getting the pre-recorded hold dialog for over an hour during business hours. I ended up using somebody else's phone and they immediately answered the phone and sent me over to roadside assistance. Roadside assistance was great. It took him a little over an hour to get to my location but he was very professional and efficient. The tow truck let me ride with him to the airport (45 min away) to drop off/ pick up another car since by then the local enterprise location had closed. At the airport I ended up having to wait almost an hour for them to bring me another vehicle and it smells of stale cigarettes and doesn't even have a GPS or USB ports. I'm really not happy with my experience with Enterprise. I have used Enterprise before and have always had good service but this time I find everything to be severely lacking.

Dont reserve from this company! With my company, we rent for at least 3 weeks at a time and with all this miney paid to enterprise, we still feel like a number, making them richer! This vw was so ragged that it should have Never been put out for driving! At some times, while driving, i got literally scared to drive it. I thought it was going to leave me stranded! When I pressed the accelerate pedal, it would be difficult to go, then ince it accelerates, it would take off drastically! Never again! Then when I went to return it, the Mgr stated he would put in my account that my next booking could be freely upgraded to anything and free booking but the very next day, I needed to rent for a week and enterprise tells me there are NO NOTES in my account, regarding! Rep told me she would email the Mgr at the location and have him to specifically state what he told me but I guess he never did. Just a bunch of crap!
