Enterprise at MCO was a standout during our Orlando trip. We arrived with three kids and a lot of luggage, and the staff immediately helped us upgrade to a roomy Dodge Durango that fit everyone comfortably. The pickup process was smooth and quick—no shuttle needed, and the car was ready when we arrived. The agent even walked us through the features and made sure we had everything we needed, including booster seats. The return was just as easy, and the car performed beautifully throughout our week of theme parks and beach drives. What really impressed us was the customer service—friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. For families, especially those traveling with young kids, Enterprise delivers the kind of reliability and comfort that makes a big difference. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s absolutely worth it for the ease and professionalism.

This is the second time I’ve rented a car by myself from Enterprise. The first time was when my own car was being repaired after an accident. I love their service—the cars are always in great condition, which is why I chose Enterprise again for my vacation. And of course, they never disappoint! The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive—from the team at the booth in Orlando Airport to the garage staff and even those at other locations like Palm Beach. I had an issue with the first car and didn’t feel safe driving it, but they immediately switched it out and performed a check-up on the new one, which I really appreciated. Returning the car was also super easy. I also love that Enterprise has so many locations—it makes picking up and dropping off a car so convenient, no matter where I am.

I rented an exotic collection car and was given the red carpet treatment. The agent at the counter was very nice and friendly towards me and my new wife. She knew that we rented the car for our wedding and make sure to treat my wife like a queen. My wife walked away very happy. We were also greeted by two different managers and thanked for renting with enterprise. The car was amazing. It was one of the most fun cars I’ve ever driven. Even got me thinking about buying one of my own. The return process was fast and easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Enterprise of Orlando International Airport.

Got a good deal on a Hyundai Tucson suv. $250 for 4 days, considerably cheaper than Turo. Pick up was a bit confusing, it would have been easier if someone had escorted us to the vehicles and explained how they worked. We had to figure it out ourselves and I had to help another couple figure out their vehicle as well, which isn't my job, it's yours. The suv was clean, in good condition, well-equipped, and had a full tank of gas, handled well and got excellent gas mileage, I only used about a quarter of the tank, so fill up was less than $20. The car return was a bit tricky because there weren't enough Enterprise signs to tell us where to go, we just guessed and it worked out ok, but gave us quite a bit of anxiety. Drop off was easy and employees were friendly. Having the porter’s there with the luggage cart was useful, he took our luggage and escorted us to Southwest’s baggage check-in on the other side of the airport. As Orlando International Airport is huge and we didn't know exactly where we were going. He received a good tip for his excellent service. All in all it was a good experience that could have been a little bit better with more personal service and better signage. Thank you.
