    I usually love Embassy Suites and have had great experiences at other locations, which is why I chose to spend extra money to stay here instead of a nearby hotel. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth it. The hotel has an old, worn feel to it, and the in-room amenities were lacking. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and worst of all, the walls were incredibly thin—I could clearly hear my neighbors engaging in adult activities which made for a very awkward and sleepless nights. The only real bright spot was the staff—most were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. But overall, the stay was disappointing and definitely not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites.

    We had a great one-night stay in a spacious and well-maintained suite. The room was clean, everything worked perfectly, and the location near the atrium made it feel open and welcoming. Only downside was some late-night noise—likely from nearby rooms or the hallway after 10 PM. While the hotel has signage about quiet hours, it would be helpful if staff mentioned this during check-in as a reminder. The pricing was fair, especially with the complimentary breakfast and a surprise evening cocktail hour with a free drink—nice touch! Amenities like the pool and hot tub were clean and well cared for. We even saw staff regularly checking chlorine levels, which shows attention to guest safety. Breakfast had a great variety. There were live stations too, but we skipped those since we’re vegetarian—still, plenty of good options. Location is super convenient—right off I-287, so easy in and out without hitting local traffic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend if you're staying in the area.

    I reserved two rooms to rest during a long trip from the airport, only to find that both beds were dirty—with visible stains, crumbs, and dirt. We immediately reported this to the front desk. The receptionist apologized and assured us it wouldn’t happen again, we were tired and disappointed. In addition, I brought my child, who is on the autism spectrum, to use the hotel pool, hoping for a peaceful activity. Unfortunately, a group of six children entered the pool area, and the youngest was screaming at an unbearable volume. We politely asked the older sibling to help keep the noise down, but he ignored us. Later, we discovered that an adult woman—presumably their guardian—was sitting nearby with headphones on. When we tried to address the situation with her, she responded rudely, using inappropriate gestures and a harsh tone, saying, “If you’re annoyed, you can leave. Kids have to be kids!” I want to clarify—children being excited is normal, but screaming loudly in a public space without any redirection is not acceptable. It’s the responsibility of the guardians to help children understand and respect the presence of others, especially in shared spaces like hotel pools. When we reported this to hotel staff, we were told that the family had been warned and apologized, but we received no follow-up or resolution until we insisted on speaking to the receptionist again. This stay was far from restful or accommodating, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking cleanliness, comfort, or a respectful environment.

    This was a very terrible experience. I booked this hotel specifically because my children wanted a hotel with a hot tub for a soccer tournament we were going to. We arrived late and went straight to sleep. In the morning, we noticed blood-booger-stained curtains right by our head, random hair in our bed, dirty carpets, as well as dead bugs and dirt on a lighting fixture next to the couch. I have pictures to support every one of these claims. We left for our soccer tournament at 6:30 am. Upon returning, we cleaned the main dirty items as best we could and shook it off because we would not be in the room much. Then it got worse upon going to the hot tub, my daughters and I were approached by a security guard screaming at us from across the pool while there were other guests in the area. My daughters were so upset and embarrassed. We were notified that no one under 21 was allowed in the hot tub. I asked where this policy is stated because I specifically booked this hotel for the hot tub, and this policy was stated nowhere on the website for itself or Hilton in any policies or bylaws. The security guard then pointed to a piece of paper, tapped on a glass door with no Hilton or Embassy Suites documentation stating this. He said if I had an issue, I could take it up with the front desk. He walked me to the front desk in my wet swimsuit while I spoke with a supervisor who offered 0 compassion to the situation when I stated multiple times that the only reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub, and this policy was nowhere to be found. The supervisor stated they were their own corporation under Hilton and could make whatever policies they wanted. They offered 0 care, 0 compassion, and nothing but terrible attitudes over their own company's lack of truthful advertisement. This hotel and its staff are a total embarrassment to the Hilton brand.

    Checking in wasn't perfect on the app, but that's Hilton not this specific hotel. But the hotel quickly remedied it. Bathroom was missing some toiletries, but that was quickly replaced. Service at the restaurant in front desk were good. I think the real shining star here is the staff working at the hotel. No matter how much I felt like I was being a pain in the butt on the chat app asking for help, they were always very helpful and quick to respond. Providing a solution every time. Definitely a little better than a Hampton inn and definitely worth the stay. Check out this embassy suites.
