Welcoming 2025 right here… This is one of my favorite lounges in the US. I travel very often and starting out my trips here makes my travel more enjoyable. Also, it’s always great to be welcomed home with a warm cup of New England chowdah. The chefs sometimes get creative and never miss the mark. This lounge is worth the visit. The only annoying thing is that the staff often clear away the table too soon if you are not seated :(

This is a nice new lounge with lots of space. The food offerings are similar to other Delta lounges. There is a lot of different types of seating and places that you can work from with your laptop. The staff is quite nice and very helpful if needed. This is probably my favorite lounge in the Boston airport and I look forward to visiting it again.

There was a mouse in the lounge, I guess it’s not Delta’s fault, but the fact that the staff weren’t bothered by the mouse because it’s obviously not their first time encountering mice, was an issue for me. The staff was nice and asked what could they do to help calm anyone down, but that left a sour taste in my mouth. The lounge also wasn’t that clean. There were multiple long pieces of hair left in the cracks of the chair I was sitting in, which was disgusting and made me not want to sit back. It’s sad because the chase lounge i visited had folks coming to thoroughly clean seats and tables as soon as guests left, and I felt that lounge was much cleaner. The food was okay. I appreciate the hot food was sensitive to different allergies including gluten and dairy and was relatively good. I would appreciate more gf snacks like gf crackers or chips. Overall, this lounge was okay, but with BOS being a delta hub, I expect it to be much cleaner, thoroughly cleaned (no mice) and more food options.

This sounds crappy but this lounge is much larger and offered more accommodations than the smaller lounge near the tsa entry point. We'll appointed and clean it was a delightful place for dinner and a few hours before our flight home.

The space is nice. Well decorated and large comfortable seating areas. The food is offensively bad (it’s giving best Western continental breakfast vibes). Food quality is tone def to the cultural departure away from boomer low quality food standards. Americans are demanding quality “real” food not processed preservatives and reconstituted egg bites. Missing were FRESH: artisan breads, croissants, fresh fruits, vegetables, smoked salmon, low sugar Greek yogurt, non-processed meats. The food that they did have, down to each item, seems to be the lowest quality option of that item they could possibly source. So disappointing delta. I’ll end my privilege rant here. I just like to see us do better.
