This is perhaps the worst Delta Sky Club lounge I’ve been to. The food selection was poor and limited, and I’m noticing a trend where they give you plastic cutlery. The bathrooms were not nice at all. Horrible!

Small on the outside, lots of seating and fantastic food selection on the inside Having stopped at dozens of Sky Clubs across the US is not uncommon to see the same selection of foods but was pleasantly happy to see a Northeastern favorite Clam Chowder, some chicken tinga with tortillas, a Citris shrimp salad, season hardboiled eggs, savory sandwiches, and more. I stopped at the bar to get a double vodka with Red Bull and the bartender was working alone, which seemed to backup the service (as she was looking up how to make what appeared to be a lemon drop martini) and after my quick request there was 4 people behind me. The staff we're very friendly and helpful especially in printing off boarding passes when our Delta app stopped working and showing our flights all together. The club was clean, the lighting not overly aggressive, and the music was modern and electronic to our liking. Looking forward to future return trips to Boston!

Despite holding a First Class ticket on a domestic Delta flight, I was surprised to discover that lounge access is not included. While most global carriers, and certainly Oneworld airlines on international routes, provide automatic lounge entry for business or first class passengers, major U.S. airlines have largely moved away from that standard. Delta now requires a separate Sky Club membership or a specific credit card just to step inside. The credit card gatekeeping feels out of place for a premium product and turns what should be a seamless experience into an unnecessary hassle. Delta markets itself as a premium, customer-minded airline, yet denying lounge access to its top-cabin passengers feels tone-deaf and far below international expectations. I expected a premium journey; instead, I got a reminder that Delta’s idea of “First Class” ends at the aircraft door. Remember Terminal A is not connected to the rest of Boston airport airside so once in you are trapped in Delta Land. My thanks go to the TSA staff who are still showing up and keeping passengers moving during the government shutdown, despite not being paid.

Greeted by friendly staff at the desk. Great apps and drink selections. Glad buffet is back. The lady that’s in charge of overseeing the buffet area wasn’t very friendly. She didn’t care if her cart hits anybody. She never apologized or excused herself. She picked a tortilla chip that fell on another bowl with her gloved hand that she’s been using to clean the counter and push her cart.

Newly renovated Sky Club is nice. Lots of comfortable seatings. Modern updated decor. Food is actually good, mot so much variety but enough good selection.
