Sent our EV Charger to them Which shipping wasn't cheap) to have them fix it. They sent it back and charged us over $1500.00 for the fix and it wasn't fixed. They replaced the mother board and it was the cord that was bad. We have tried to contact them numerus times and no call or email back. They also damaged the charger and no contact back. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING.

wth buy there fan wire to my house different color to theres. call for tech support. on hold waiting over 20 mins. oh leave number so to call you back. duh in middle of job i need support now not later. poor help support.

Does Delta have any form of customer support? Ive been calling every number, leaving voicemails, and filling out forms for weeks, and havent found a human at any point. Industrial machinery that uses Delta components apparently cant be relied on.
